Learning How To Learn

Most of us are no less than computers in a sense that we can’t run without instructions. It’s not really our fault that we are in the way we are because ever since we were born that is what we were made used to. We don’t think much. We go with the flow. Oops, sometimes ships drown while flowing.Maybe ours is drowning too.

Thinking has a close relation with learning. When you think about something you learn, you change things or perspectives.You wish to know why you are learning whatever you are learning. I’ve always been obsessed about knowing purpose of what I’m involved in. I must admit I ruin things when I’ve no idea of impact it has been making in the world.

Thinking while learning rarely exists in real world. Therefore, when I’ve vague knowledge about purpose of something I’m forced to learn, I usually take it as preparation for future.Generally speaking, I’m pretty sure people of few decades back didn’t know what exactly was coming up in the generation of their kids. They wouldn’t have  thought about trying to understand import of LOL, BFF, filters, and so on in their life. Similarly, I don’t know what’s coming up in future. I’m quite sure there are going to be jobs,theories,technologies, circumstances, and an entire generation totally different than what’s right now, and there are going to be things just like things I don’t want to learn about now but will have to because at the end of the day, we all are going with the flow as a part of this civilization.
